Research hub expanded to every community + CanLII scraping resume
What we shipped:
- The /research/ page now links guides, knowledge bases, and appeal templates for every community we serve — injured workers (WSIB/WSIAT), veterans (VAC/VRAB), seniors, caregivers, persons with disabilities, and the human-rights / UNCRPD / legal communities.
- Added a “Communities We Serve” section that groups all resources by community, so people can jump straight to what applies to them.
- Added a note that CanLII decision-data scraping is resuming: British Columbia WCAT 2020–2026 is already collected (7,386 decisions via the free CanLII API); next is the rest of BC, then all of Canada plus the ON Landlord & Tenant Board.
Why it matters: research is now a single hub that connects the audit’s evidence to the guides, KBs and templates every community can actually use — and the flywheels that power the ops dashboard are fed from the same scraped decision data.
