2026-10-14 — You can now tell us who you're here for: 9 communities + the 3 Flywheels of Change are alive
What’s new — 2026-10-14
🪶 Tell us who you’re here for
When you set up or edit your profile, you can now choose the communities you’re part of — or showing up for. That’s injured workers, persons with disabilities, Indigenous peoples, veterans, seniors, families, the public, allies, and advocates. Pick one or as many as you like. It stays on your own device and is only used to tailor what you see.
🌀 The 3 Flywheels of Change are now alive
These are real, working tools — not just words:
- Collective Evidence — the proof people share (anonymously) now carries your community’s tag, so the picture of what’s really happening grows from real experiences.
- Win Detection — when someone shares a win (an appeal won, a benefit approved), it’s tagged to the communities it helps, and you see the wins that matter to you.
- AI Knowledge & Recommendations — the guidance you get is shaped by the evidence and wins from your communities, and keeps getting smarter as more people contribute.
🎯 Everything fits your situation
Letter and form templates, research, and guides now filter to the communities you selected. If you’re a veteran, a parent helping a loved one, or an Indigenous community member, the tools surface the templates and info that apply to you — instead of one generic list.
🍁 Help now covers all of Canada
Our workers’ compensation research now reaches across the country — WorkSafeBC, WCB Alberta, CNESST in Quebec, and the territories — not just Ontario. Wherever you are, you can find the system that applies to you.
🛠 Behind the scenes
We cleared out hidden bugs so the app runs more reliably: the screen that welcomes and explains things, the evidence you save, and the tutorial that shows you around. No new hoops to jump through — it just works better.
